Payment Methods
- We accept cash, check, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa and Care Credit. There will be a 2.5% surcharge for credit card transactions.
- Care Credit is a medical credit card that can be applied for. This is used just like a normal credit card with a minimum payment due each month.

Visiting/Patient Updates
- We encourage our clients to visit during hospitalization. Please call and schedule a time for visitation.
- Visiting of the patient will occur in an exam room.
- Clients are welcome to call at any time for updates on the patient. After a procedure or surgery, a veterinary technician will call with an update when patient is in recovery.
Medication
- We ask a minimum of 12 hours for medication refills.
- Per the FDA we cannot accept medication returns back to the clinic.
Personal Belongings
We understand a majority of the patients have blankies, bed or toys that are special to them. We encourage you to bring these items for the patient. However, due to the nature of the clinic, these items tend to get lost in the massive amounts of laundry the clinic sees. Therefore, these items might not be returned during discharge. If the item is irreplaceable it is best to leave the item at home.
